At 08:04 today, our platform team identified an issue impacting sites running over one of our Data centres. Steps were taken to rectify this issue immediately, but several sites have still been affected.
The error on our data centre has now been cleared and normal operation should now resume.
The User Console & Wallboard may however still show some stuck call details from prior to the event. We are working on clearing these but to prevent further impact this will be done gradually over the next few hours.
If you are still experiencing issues with calls not coming through after this fix, please restart the Phones or Phonebars having issues. If a restart does not return functionality to normal please call our support line at 0333 332 6633 and reference your ticket number so we can investigate further.
