New Telephony Reports

We are excited to let you know that we are now rolling out our new reports, a few at a time, over the next few weeks

To access them, simply find the new 'Surgery Connect' tab in the menu of the Reports Console

These new reports focus on aligning calculations across reports, bringing relevant measures closer to NHS Cloud-Based Telephony definitions, and making the reports more interactive. You can now work with longer date ranges more effectively, making it easier to look beyond the day-to-day picture and explore longer-term trends
