Introducing the new X-on Health Academy

We're excited to announce that the X-on Health Academy has had a major upgrade. We've listened to how practices actually learn, and understand that learning doesn't happen in a straight line.

We've made sure that while the experience is new, the access is familiar:

• No Change in Address: Continue using the same URL you’ve always used.
• Records are Safe: Your completed courses and certificates have been moved over to your new profile.
• Start Where You Left Off: Transitioning is seamless so you can focus on learning, not tech.

The new Academy has been built with a new learning experience designed around how practice teams actually learn, develop and build confidence.

What's changing?

• Learning pathways built around your role: Whether you're a clinician, practice manager or member of the wider practice team, you'll be able to follow structured learning pathways that support your day-to-day responsibilities and professional development.
• Easier access to relevant learning: A redesigned course catalogue and improved search experience make it quicker to find the guidance, resources and training you need.
• Build your own knowledge library: New note-taking functionality allows you to capture insights, reminders and practical tips as you learn, creating a resource you can return to whenever you need it.
• Supporting learning across teams: We're also introducing new ways for practices to coordinate learning and development, helping managers support onboarding, training and future adoption programmes more effectively, by grouping staff into cohorts to track progress and compliance.
