We're pleased to announce that Voicemail Transcription via the Phonebar has now been turned on for all Users.
By accessing the Voicemail Tab in the Communications Window you are now able to read the transcript of a message at a glance, allowing you to identify urgent needs instantly, copy text directly, and manage high-volume lines (like repeat prescriptions) without having to sit through minutes of audio. Coming Soon - Voicemail Summarisation
Our new Voicemail Summarisation feature will also allow you to view quickly access a concise view of your Voicemail messages at a glance.
