We are now offering the ability to configure multiple Queue Position Webpages per service. When a patient requests a callback, the content they see can be tailored to a specific call group or site - ensuring the information is always relevant to their journey

Voicemail Transcription - Coming Soon
By accessing the Voicemail Tab in the Phonebar Communications Window you will soon be able to read the transcript of a message at a glance, allowing you to identify urgent needs instantly, copy text directly, and manage high-volume lines (like repeat prescriptions) without having to sit through minutes of audio
